RETURN POLICY

Contact us within 24 hours of receiving merchandise via e-mail (customerservice@hemisphereliving.com) if merchandise arrives broken or damaged or if your order is incorrect ,so we can exchange it for you .
To insure a refund, the returned item must be in new and unused condition. The item must be unworn, unwashed and in its original packaging .We can not accept returns for items that show signs of use.
Carefully read care instructions concerning products. Hemisphere Living will not replace or return items damaged during washing or cleaning.
Merchandise must be returned to Hemisphere Living within 14 days of the customer receiving the items to obtain a full refund. Returns are not accepted after 14 days.
Shipping and handling charges, items on sale and personalized items are not refundable. Personalized items may only be returned if manufacturer defects are present. Exchanges or refunds are processed within 14 days after we receive the merchandise, we will not process your exchange before having your order back to us. Pending returns approval, all refunds will be given in the same method of original payment. We reserve the right to deny credit if returned merchandise does not meet our return policy requirements.
A 10% restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
Make sure parcels are well protected on their journey back to us as Hemisphere Living is not responsible for customer returns that are not received, are lost or damaged on their way back to us.
Packages without an RMA number will not be accepted.
